High Price to Pay - Elevator Bug

Anyone else have a bug with the elevator in the well when running away from the hunter? Wondering if there's a fix... main quests are unplayable for me now :(.

Same here. Don’t understand how a game can be in 25 years of development, pushed back a year, early released and still have MAIN QUEST breaking bugs. Even if it’s Bethesda this is inexcusable!!

I found a fix!! Right by the elevator is a UC station. Steal from there until the guards try to arrest you, surrender and pay your fine and you’ll be outside.
