NVIDIA ReBAR - Free performance boost

For anyone with RTX cards, you can force ReBAR globally using Nvidia inspector.
Gains vary, but it's free. Personally I've gained up to 15 in some cases.

The profile can be global, or just specifically for Starfield. Up to you.

ReBAR settings are under "5 - Common"

Change the 3 settings in the screenshot I uploaded.

It's likely you'll need to enable ReBAR in BIOS, but in some cases it'll already be enabled.
Some people may also need a GPU Bios update too. Everything you need is online.
