Has anyone found the drug whiteout?

yes i did. you can find it at the trading companytrader on cydonia/mars and at the piratspacestation at the med bay.

piratestation seems to have it more often than cydonia

I made some when i hit L3 research and never showed up in my invertory at all (after I made about 10). This is on Xbox version.

It's much easier to get it from the trade authority in Neon if you're using Venus/ Bessell III-b to reset vendor inventory using the time difference. Reason being the fast travel puts you closer than Cydonia does.

You can also buy squalls to make into Whiteouts at a pharm lab at either location.
