Multiple objectives being tracked at all times

My game is continuously highlighting multiple quest lines as blue for being actively tracked but only have one selected and not showing on main map. anyone else having this issue? driving me nuts trying to follow quest lines.

Mission menu, read the bottom keybind. Swap it to "track active only". Menu should read "track all", if set correctly. Menu noted keybind is always the opposite selection.
