I'm confused about body type 1 and 2?

So, to my knowledge, body types usually defined by the given physique of the person.
Like athletic, average, buffed, fat, etc...

I've asked chatgpt to give me 2 examples:

But nobody needs this explanation, since it is basic common sense to understand what a body type is. So how's this relevant to being female or male? Either of them can be athletic, fat, average, etc.
I think this should be fixed since it is not the correct term. If they willing to add body type correctly like in Baldur's Gate 3, I'm all in for it.

We could just make more than 2 body types? I think that would instantly make more sense for people like you. After all there are tons of body types. There are slender feminine men, buff women, androgynous women etc.

It means they didn't bother creating more than 2. So they did the 2 most common which is what people would probably classify as an average fit woman and an average fit man.

idk dude, maybe the developers dont want to make 100 different body shapes to pick from because so few people care about something like this, use the body shape wheel for thin/fat/muscular
