my damage numbers constantly keep changing

anyone knows what causes this? makes it super confusing when upgrading guns. it happens with every weapon and the only mods im using are
StarUI and Scanner Encumbrance Display With Time

i removed the mods and the issue is still there strangely. thats not the only bug i noticed though, i seem to have a permanent weather warning stuck in my status screen

please someone help me solve this mystery. i dont use any booster or drug items, it doesnt seem to be specific to laser damage which im specced into, and for whatever reason it only affects 3 of my guns in my inventory

its because of the handloading effect, whenever you shoot a bullet or unequip/reequip the weapon the damage changes.

different weapons do damage against different things. Armor/mods on said gear etc all change stuff.
