No genitals customization?

Ok so the game let me choose body type and pronouns. But doesn't let me choose what's between your legs? Even Cyberpunk, a game that was widely criticized, let you do that.

This game is a massive downgrade from BG3, it's 2023.

Ah, ok, I don't see that stronger, it's just mere faster exp, if it stronger buff like health or damage for many hours, I guess that is way more useful than I thought, but it's mere exp buff for short time, so it's same as fallout 4. It's might be good for short terms, not long term, when level reached fully (all skill are full 4 ranks)

The game doesn't need this sort of thing. If you're one of those who need to give your character a massive dongle made up of pixels in a computer game to compensate for your real one, then just use/wait for some mods.

Nudity in games causes issues:
1) Streamers could get banned from streaming platforms for displaying nudity on their streams.

2) Some countries have "decency laws" which means Starfield would be banned being sold in the country just for having nudity (and anyone caught pirating it would be criminalised).

3) Nudity drives up the PEGI age rating for the game, which restricts the legal age ranges you can sell the game to and therefore means less profits.

Bethesda could really tie it in with the roleplaying mechanics, since your balls would appear bigger (at least 16 times!), thereby giving you +1 Intimidation and Persuasion.

It could even unlock special dialogue from companions,such as Vasco:

Joke, right? Heh...;) Maybe if I was 13 years old, or so, I might want to look at my own ♥♥♥♥ in the game--but, nah...;) I don't need cartoon pornography in my games, thanks. I like BG3 too, but I unchecked all the "see genitals" garbage. It is apparently for prepubescent boys...and I've not been in that camp for many years--yay!...;)

It could be just like BG3 with an option to uncheck gentials. Bethesda is just being lazy

If thats your biggest problem, why do you even game??? Just look at your own ♥♥♥♥ every few minutes whilst you play if that makes you feel less insecure.
