we used to bring in winamp shoutcast DJs to the baboon's night club in Omni 1 and they'd do live mixes with it and drum n bass and funk n things.
Anarchy Online will never be matched for immersive roleplaying.

Stargate Soundtrack meets Tschaikovskis Nutcracker and Leyas Song from Starwars
Change my mind !!!
what made the game super special were the live NPCs called OLTC (Organized Long Term Characters) that were actually played by writers, staff, actors, and volunteers to place organize quests and flavour around.
i got involved with the omni police as an agent and was sent to investigate Dave Duster, the Baboon's owner who was also an OLTC, and ended up getting converted to his side and being a mole inside the omni pol, and it was just wild.
FUSS ROOOHH DAAAHHHH
I notice far too many games these days will have 1 good main theme for marketing purposes and then make all the in game music forgettable, Jeremy Soule was the only one who made each and every ambient track a banger.
I know what you mean. Its so average
Jeremy Soule did one of the best soundtrack ever.I will always listen , from time to time.10\10
