Boost Pack Perk. Bug?
I have now got Boost Pack Training to level 4, and as far as I can tell it seems exactly the same as level 3, and level 2 for that matter.

I've checked level 4 with a previous save, and the jump height and recharge time seem to be identical to level 3.

What's going on here?

PS Yes, I do have a boost pack equipped.
