Prior to the shipyard disappearing, did you register a ship *AT* the Stroud-Ekland station?
(I've run into the same issue; after using cheats to boost / speed up time to reach the waypoint, the station isn't even there.)
It wasn't bugged a week ago, and if i load a save from a week ago, the staryard is where it's supposed to be. However, i don't want to lose all my progress, and this is clearly a bug which shouldn't be happening. So lets see if they can fix it soon.
You can use the sales terminal in their offices on Neon to buy their equipment.
There is a quest that requires you to go there. I currently have encountered this bug too. I can't get to the shipyard anymore, even though I did very early in the game. Its always about 8000+km away. Some redditors have mentioned it pops back into normal range after a few quests. I've been checking every time I finish one....Level 60 now and nope...no shipyard access!
Ill just wait for the patch someday
