I don't know about languages without them, but Portuguese is a fully gendered language, every single thing or object has a gender, "O copo" (the cup) or "A Porta" (the door).

So, to force their sickness into the portuguese translation they just decided to create made up nonsense words that make all communication impossible instead, just to include this nonsense.

I'm Italian, the game has been entirely translated with altered grammar changing different terms to accommodate LGBT people.
The same happened with the German and who know how many other languages.
There is no way to escape.
English is the best way to play this game.

it is true, there's no language without pronouns (idk if there's a weird artificial one), and when the language has gendered pronouns there's an option for gender-neutral or neo pronouns, that's why I mentioned the minorities where it's relevant
