So, to force their sickness into the portuguese translation they just decided to create made up nonsense words that make all communication impossible instead, just to include this nonsense.

ILE/DILE are made up terms, they don't exist, they aren't derived from anything, and they make all communication impossible in portuguese, yet it's in the game.
I'm Italian, the game has been entirely translated with altered grammar changing different terms to accommodate LGBT people.
The same happened with the German and who know how many other languages.
There is no way to escape.
English is the best way to play this game.
