No Space Encyclopedia / Planets Log? Seriously Bethesda?

Why the hell I am scanning all those planets, minerals, flora, fauna... when I can't even access my own data and see planets stats in some kind of Planets Log or "Space Encyclopedia".

Even No Man's Sky which was made by 4 people has this option.

If I scan planet ABC, I want to be able to see all the data that I discovered on that planet. Detailed description of species, minerals, animals, everything.

Not to mention that I am unable to "favorite" or directly fast travel to the planets and moons that I discovered. Every time I have to open Map and search for them.

A Space Encyclopedia showing the player's discoveries with list of different planets would be very interesting and useful. I don't understand what 8 years of work and 250 million dollars of budget went into when this game doesn't even have such basic things.

It must be I am playing on "old PC", so if I buy new $3000 graphic card the Planets Log will just appear out of thin air.

First valid point of critique I've seen, I agree. I want something like NMS's Encyclopedia.
