Contraband. What to do?

So, picked up some contraband at the Shaw's camp and well, where can I sell it? Not wanna return to New Atlantis with it and get in trouble with customs ;)

You'll have to find a Trade Authority in the same system that you're currently in.

If you havent managed to get a shielded cargo bay, I recommend Wolf system, The Den station, no scans and a trade authority presence.

Fly to Wolf system, there you find a station called the den. Go in and sell at trade autority

Dont want to spoil it but there is a system you will discover where you can sell it worry free. You dont have to a criminal either. Just stash it on a neutral world (temp outpost) until you find it eventually. It will give a hefty sum once you collect and cash out.

Only works if its on a planet with no patrol, they still scan you coming in from insystem

Yep, got caught after watching a YouTube video claiming in-system hops didn't count; go to the Den.

sell it some where you wont get scanned. (the den?)

or dump it. up to you..

i've read there may be ways to sneak it pass a scan,... but in 80+hrs.. haven't had to worry about that,

Porrima system find Lon he sells cargo holds perfect for smuggling contraband and they are dirt cheap.

Wolf system, just above alpha centaur, sell it at 'the den' you never get scanned entering that system.

The shielded cargo bays only give a chance for it not to be found during a scan.
