Strange horizontal lines on npc face & clothing.
Has anyone else noticed a faint horizon lines on the faces & clothing of NPCs while looking at the closely it's more noticeable during conversions it stays still while the NPCs move I guess you can say it looks like a old TV effect when it's put of signal does anyone know what's causing it?
It's not a big deal but once I noticed it I can't unsee it lol

Does it kinda look like screen tearing, if so that usually caused by resolution issues.

Na it's not screen tearing it's only on npcs not anything else I only see it when the npcs are moving it's very faint I just don't know what it so far it's not FSR sharpening nor grain it's like a static horizontal lines that sticks to the npcs you have to really pay attention to see it it's mainly visible during conversations.

Yes this is happening to me too. I tried turning down/off every setting in display options but nothing changes it.

I'm seeing this too, you can actually see it on some interactable objects too. Really strange.
