I've finished the mission. I stole the Award by getting the key. I have also gotten the bank guy's the credentials after disabling the life support. Now, after speaking with the captain, when I try to leave I can't. The marker for my ship is way up above me with no way to reach it. Also when I go to the hatch I first entered the ship through there is no prompt to interact it. I read online about using your scanner and following the arrows, there are no arrows and I still cannot interact with the hatch. I also tried reloading a save, that didn't work either. Anyone else have this bug, if so; were you able to fix it or am I S.O.L. without using console?

I haven't finished the whole mission, my next objective is to go to New Atlantis. However I have finished all there is to do on the Siren.

I am having the same issue. i tried loading a save at the start of the mission aboard the Siren, but i can't exit. the door works but it doesnt take me back to my ship. it just throws me back to the Siren. My save before that is many hour of gameplay before i even started the mission

I found a solution, and sorry in advance because it sucks. The way I fixed it was I installed a mod that made it where console commands don't disable achievements. Then I just tp'd out using the command "movetoqt". Main downside of this besides having to cheat is my ship disappeared for a little while, it came back eventually though.
