But having said that, I had no problem with that quest though :(. It might be just a bug .. but luckily you should have a few autosave as they do autosave everytime you change location.
I had to go all the way back...
I was not sure if, that was suppose to happen or not.
the flood is real people are keeping the same 20 caustic posts on top.
make sure you hard save not use auto save
seems bugs can follow the auto saves.
hard saves so far have saved me multiple times, i have learned to save often, if in any dialogue before and after.
the bugs are real and they are legion. they will frustrate and hassle you through the quests i have found, yet there are people who say they haven't seen 1 bug, go figure.
I kind wish we could control the auto save stuff, like how many it makes for example, with so many auto save stuff happening I my self tend to get lazy about hard saving.
where games that allow me turn on and off and decide how many auto saves to keep I tend to keep more hard saves.
I also tend to feel overwhelmed when there 250 auto saves looking at me for example which also makes me less incline to hard save.
then when I am playing running into bug and my auto saves messed up I am more likely to just abandon the game and write off game as a bad experience in general.
I did not see option so far that let me say hay I only want to have x number of auto saves at any one time then they start to get overwritten.
usually I hard set auto saves only to keep two files at any one time and then I do hard saves my self.
