You can sell them on Neon. Right after you enter the city, there's a trader on the left-hand side...forget the name (Trade Authority?)

Safest bet is to fly to Wolf, nobody scans you on the way in, and the trade guy is just inside the Den to the left with a chair to wait 2 24-hour days in before repeating. Prices are bad, but pretty good money overall.
