"Starfield took a few days to get use to. Of course there is the interface/menus learning curve to deal with and then not having an open world thru me off a bit. But after several days of play I am finding that they built a very nice blend of open and instance. I like the game and I am expecting it to be a seller with a large fan base. Of course the Modders will also extend the games life for a few years to come. I am very pleased to have a new world available to me for several years of play."
right. no one here has ever played a good game. ever
So let them cry over loading screens, No Man Sky and whatever.
Fans are Fans, they consume media and move on accepting the bare minimum in quality.
Bethesda made money, paid the investors, have some pretty player counts from the gamepass etc. Optically it's a success.
This is once again, another Bethesda bomb, a game failing to meet even baseline standards and expectations carried by enthusiasts and hardcore pc gamers.
Issues that have existed since oblivion are still present here, no fov slider, poor performance with little improvement to visual fidelity, the slow decline in quality seen over the years caused by compromises and shortcuts etc.
Game is crap.
Do we need game reviews and streamers all to say a game is good now or let people judge for themselves what a good game or not? I don't need to virtue signal to join in the gamergate that i hate a game and then 4 months later say it good.
