A High Price to Pay Game Breaking Bug

I played for 70h now and haven't done many Main Quests yet, but now I'm at the "A High Price to Pay" Quest. So I didn't go to The Eye, then after the attack from the Hunter I had to get there and had to check on everyone. I talked to almost everyone there except Andreja because she is just standing there with her eyes closed and when i try to talk to her the Game just tells me that the Person is busy right now and i can't proceed. Can't shoot her, detonate mines near her, i tried to push her, nothing works. Any tipps or solutions?

I have this problem with Sarah, except shes totally misssing...it keeps telling me to find everyone on the eye, but shes not there...

did you guys find any solution to this? I am having an issue similar but Sam Coe is missing and not on the Eye instead to find him you actually have to land back on New atlantis to see him injured on the boarding dock to my ship....

Yes, I just reloaded the game before entering the Eye and talked to Andreja first.
