Weapon Engineering skill?
Do you know if I can recruit an npc with high level engineering ? I want to be able to modify weapons but I don't want to invest skill points in that.

Pretty sure that aside from named NPC's, the other ones all have random perks. You might get lucky and find one. I haven't actually gotten any other named NPC's other than sarah, so no idea about their stats. Google maybe?

Tried that already but there are only named npc, and none of them has the skill im looking for.....
