Where is a decent shop?!

Am I crazy for thinking it’s an absurd waste of time to have to run to every shop in a system to only make 5-12k per vendor why don’t shops have a reasonable amount of money heck even the weapon vendors can only afford like 1/3 of a gun is it crazy to think there should be a way to sell bulk amounts of stuff?

Whatdya expect, it's a bethesda game according to some ppl your expectations are too high and the game isn't just bad. Anyway just wait for 24 hours to reset stores.

I find a shop that sells ammo. I sell my gear until they run out of money then I buy all their ammo. They now have a lot more money for me to sell my other goods.

ok but then your just trading 1 good for another sure ammo doesnt weigh anything but its still worthless unless you can sell it and walking around to 10 different shops then waiting 24 hours is a huge waste of time. Its stuff like that which will lead to me just going under the map and looting the shop chests like its whiterun all over again and then dropping all the worthless crap that cant be sold since shops dont have more then 5-12k

Sell everything and then sit on a bench and time travel 24 hours and they’ll be restocked with money. It’s annoying but at least you won’t have to install a mod.

You can always find a chair or a bed and wait out, they refill their funds daily.

If they wanted to do that they could’ve just removed fast travel.

Pit stop on The Den in the Wolf system, for 11-12k worth. Then head to New Atlantis for 2x 5k shops and another 11-12k trader. If you still have stuff left over, then ether wait or head to another major planet.

Given a mission is 1-3k credits, the traders should have had an extra 0 on there number. Same goes for "salvaged" ships, that you can register and sell.

Just found this thread after finding it really annoying too and then checked to see if there are any mods to help with the issue and have just found one. Actually uploaded today!

mods disable achievements so make sure you get the achivement enabler mod too

Ah idc about achievements anymore anyways since apparently if any cmd is input into the console it disables achievements and doesn’t indicate anywhere that it does that. Earlier in my play through I had to run a cmd in the console to fix the game since my character completely froze while the rest of the world was fine and after reloading and restarting the bug persisted I was left with no choice but to go into the console to fix it

theres a mod to enable it even if you use mods and commands i think

Yea I got the mod but doesn’t really help when your more then half way through the playthrough and the mod doesn’t work retroactively…I tried there is at least a dozen achievements I should have but can’t get w.o starting a new game or reloading the save to the exact point I would have got the achievement just to reply that section which I have absolutely no will to do at this point.
