Set the affinity level to 1.0 then set the affinity to 800?
Trying this out in NG+
So the 'affinity level', apparently is what makes her basic dialogues more positive towards you. You can use it if you want to skip the quest. You need to set 'affinity' to 800 (or higher) to trigger the start of the quest. Then you would have to keep her as a companion and wait some time/do some activities for the next quest dialogue to appear
