Selling ships without registering them first?
Is it possible? Because all the ships i wanted to sell had to be registered first and the not so funny thing about is that the profit margin is tiny because of it.
Is there a black market or something to sell ships without having them registered?

I think the whole point is the margin. The only thing that improves this like most sales is the barter skill.

Ya damn that's so lame tbh, so being a pirate is not worth the effort at all then.
Why has the game to be so mediocre. One disapointment after another. :steamsad:

Uhhhh incorrect. On ships you pirate, like bank ships you can find up to 14k in credits. If you hunt pirate ships, you can find contraband on them which can be 1-10k per item. Piracy is very profitable. Selling ships isnt, but selling ♥♥♥♥ that is in the ships is.

The made it this way in order to be sure you dont go out just killing ships and selling them for quick bucks.

You should spend a skillpoint to commerce, then get onboard such a ship and take everything it has that is at least 200creds or more. At least 1 unit of all the various items on the ship. This your going to sell on the various shops around new atlantis. To get trough the first rank of commerce you only need to sell 25 unique items and then you can upgrade the skill to get more money from your sales. Do this like... 5 or 6 times and you most likely get too rank 4 within no time.

After this you soon be drowning in creds and are able to register any ship you please and then sell it
