how to holster your weapon

just wondering what the button is to do it, it feels kinda awkward to be running around with a pistol in everyones face, also is there a way to disable the console commands button as i keep fat fingering it while trying to do something else

How about throwing it? Is there a keybind to throw the weapon in your hand at the enemies face like in Borderlands?

No. Even in Borderlands that's only a feature of specific weapons (i.e. Tediore)

OMG... I pressed so many keys and nothing worked so HOLD the reload...crazy

Why are the controls/bindings that wired?

I haven't played EGO shooters for years... is this the new standard? It is all so wired and feels wrong.

Wait until you are in space combat, trying to lock ships with "E" and accidentaly holding E a split second too long.

And Scan F and Flashlight F

That is so wired with key double bindings. Who came up with such an abstruse idea...
Ok I guess I will have to get used to this for me new concept.
