[Bug] Eyewitness EM Weapon not drop.

On the mission "Eyewitness" I got the game breaking bug, as in the crucial weapon not drop on the floor nor anywhere on the map, and since the game force you to find it and use it, additional to lock all exit, it mean you can stuck there forever. Reload the save on or before the event wasn't work either.

I need to use the code to get one, and was marked the save as cheat save. Whatever. I will carry it with me all the time then.

Open console
Advance quest stage

setStage 002AAE8D 580

Give EM Weapon

player.additem 0026D968

Give 50 Ammo

player.additem 002B558B 50

This will disable achievements, but you can use a mod to enable them again
