GAME BREAKING BUG! no neuroamp menu!

When I press F to scan, and then E to chose the "social option" Ii get ONE choice, manipulation, that's it! No other options show up, no menu and using the scroll wheel does nothing. I can't proceed withe the ryujin story without being able to convince board members.

it breaks the social option but the mod author seems to have fixed it.

I'm not using any mods. I was able to proceed because manipulation shows up in during a persuade attempt but I still don't get a menu when I just try and use social on someone without talking to them.

I am having the same issue. I hit 'E' to use the 'Manipulate' ability and then it leaves the scanner mode. No option to make them do anything

You only get one try, if you fail it closes and don't give you another try again.

You also need the skill associated, intimidation, diplomacy, uh... negotiation....

When I use manipulation, the npc start follow me and I get detected ! How to fix that ? I saw on internet that he's not supposed to do that
