Here are somethings I've tried which did nothing.
*Set game to full screen (not boarderless fullscreen)
*disabled two CPU cores through task manager affinity
*used an external program to limit CPU usage of starfield
*updated mouse drivers
*reinstalled the game and restarted computer
*Installed DLSS mod
*Disabled mouse acceleration again
*prayed
My only hope now is that Bathesda releases a bug fix patch which dose something that could help me.
- Task manager
- right click on starfield
- efficiency mode
and its work.
Have no idea why or how, because i plugged the keyboard into the old Mouse port and it did not stutter when using WASD, but it worked.
Have you considered your mouse pad might have a bump in it?
If you're mouse pad isn't perfectly flat, it will do that.
You'll think your mouse is dieing, but it's just the mousepad.
