Is the RTX 2070 not enough for Starfield?

Go the game on Gamepass, can't run it at 60 Fps, even at low Settings. My Specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070
Mobo: MAG B550M MORTAR

The game is aslo installed on a SSD.

It will play it at high 20s low 30s. I have an RTX 2070. The optimization is poor for this game. It needs proper DLSS for RTX cards and that would help RTX 2070 to play it at a better frame rate

no todd say , its a ne generation game you need the best card @ th emoment all under a 4080 is ♥♥♥♥ , his words, Game looks ok , nothing more a Rtx 2080ti should handle 60 fps on medium High 1440p but yeah ♥♥♥♥ company

You need 32 gigs memory, many games cache close to that already.

i can run it with my RTX2070 with medium to low settings with, in town 40/45fps, inside, 60/65fps. On planets it's about 40 to 50 fps. i have no stutter, freeze. i play in 1440p, maybe you'll be able to have better FPS in 1080p

Well yes I dont own it on steam, but I was smart enough to get a 2 Week Code for gamepass from a friend; and there where I was trying to run the game ( Was smart enough not preorder too)

You know Gamepass exists right? Also 30fps at 480p low is not "fine".

Yes it will play on that, I tested it on a Ryzen 5 2600x, and GTX 1070, my second computer, You will have to turn down some of the settings around big cities they hit the hardest on performance

OP mentioned he has it from Gamepass. It isn't going to show up as being Steam owned.

I was playing fine with a 2060, on low graphics. Just today upgraded to a 4070 and it now plays fine on ultra.
