how do i open the cheat menu on pc ??

Hit the tild key and enter console commands. Another option would be wemod. Easy cheat menu with tons of options.

tild key doesnt seem to do anything

for me, like in Fallout 4, it's the "ù%" key on the right of the keyboard to open the console. Not the one below "esc". Hope it work for U ;-)

what is the point of playing if you cheat? i don't get why people cheat in games. actually no, i do get it for online fps games, always some dude needing to ruin others fun. but for single players game, you only spoil/ruin your own fun. (oh well i'm not here to not make you cheat, i don't care what you do, i just don't understand why you do it)

As for Fallout 4, sometimes the cheat menu is also needed if you have a bug in a quest and you can't go by, i use it like this on Fallout 4.
