Character Creation - Spots / freckles on neck and head

My character has age spots on the neck and head, wich cant be removed with any option in the character creator.
Has anyone els this issue and found a way how to remove them?

I noticed this too. Probably another political thing, in that you have body acceptance or some ♥♥♥♥. They do not like true beauty, as is evident.

what rally frsutrates me is i did have one that didnt have those, but the save got bugged so i started over and now he has them, hope it gets fixed soon.

idk, Sara was obviously made to look rather pretty, especially for a woman at least 40

Yeah, in the Face section as "Dermaesthic" right after the Jewelry options. You can shift the intensity around as well.

To get better skin go to biometric ID and pay attention to skin then change to the sex you want to be and bam no neck spots
