Boost Pack Variants Balance

Has anyone else found anything but the balanced boostpack to just REALLY suck in comparison?

The skip pack needs to have its fuel cost per boost reduced to 1/2 at the very least to be an effective option, while the power pack's single thrust per use is just not high enough to matter, I can go higher with 2 balanced boost pack uses, and I can fire off 4-5 of those back-to-back (the moment you reach the pinnacle of your previous boost) with all the perks in boost pack usage, despite still only being able to do just 1 power boost.

The skip pack still doesn't really do much even in low-g environments compared to the balanced one, while the power pack is at least somewhat useful in very high-g ones, but still feels lacking overall.
