How to edit my character's face?

I realized his nose too big. Is there any option in game or I should use console commands?

On Mars there's a cosmetic surgery shop, off to the left as you come down the ramp.

You can edit everything there, including weight and height...which aren't in the initial character creation. Just found the shop by accident --> enjoy !

There is also one of those stores in New Atlantis as well I think they are called "Enhance" if I remember correctly.

^ this, I believe they are actually in all of the major cities, but I don't recall seeing one in Akila

Me too! I edited my original post from 'ship' to shop, lol! Just got my first ship upgrade from the Freestar Rangers and it's life changing! Way excited about this!
