30 fps lock?

Is it possible to enable 30 fps lock? i cant stand this unstable fps, better just lock it at 30fps(if it is possible)

there's no built-in fps limiter, but you can cap it to either half-refresh rate through gpu control panel on pretty much any vendor, or use some 3rd party tool like rivatuner

You can cap your system wide fps in GPU software and then set your monitor's refresh rate to match in windows display settings.

For nvidia it's under 3d settings.
