no probably not, my friend with an m.2 nvme and i58400k is barely able to run it he also has a 6600xt. the card is sufficient but the cpu isnt

Well, i have a AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core cpu that runs cool for all my other games, Starfield makes it run so hot i had to uninstall because i don;t want to burn it out, it didn't matter whether i chose high end or medium for the preset

If you have an AMD, its ok. If you have an nvidia, prepare for some choppy framerate. Consistently below 60fps.

I am not lying my first brief session on the game I got 60 fps, I usually check my Radeon software to get an idea of how my system can handle a game. My pc can handle the most unoptimized games very well.

game is very demanding. at 4k with dlss mod, settings at medium, average fps 85fps, drops to 55-60fps in city areas, i have a 5800x3d 16gb ddr4 3200mhz, and a 3080ti.

Its demanding like a toddler that wants the whole spit pig, why does it need so much? look at it the lighting barley even works character models look awful and I have to assume they tried to fake subsurface scattering but now we just have clean latex dolls, facial animations are worse than VTMB and the ai is as lifeless as can be.

3070, 5600X, doing incredibly poorly. Getting it’s figurative ass absolutely obliterated. Sure it’s not a 4090 but performance for this game is objectively a mess and you shouldn’t NEED a 4090 to run a game that looks like this. I mean the 7800XT that JUST came out doesn’t handle this game well

It surpasses the recommended specs so I assumed I’d be able to run the game smoothly at medium settings at 1080p but I cant

This game run's poorly, and it favours AMD GPU'S. There's your problem.
