You can tell him to p**s off or simple kill him if he is too annoying. This will remove the trait.

i dont want him to die i just want him to walk around without the space suit on again hes like 5 times his size in that suit looks dumb, no yellow hair

It's probably because he doesn't have an outfit, just give him one and equip it in its inventory.
