cora coe in my 3rd NG+ (SPOILER)

at the start of my 3rd NG+ when i entered the lodge to restart the main quest again, instead of the main quest an adult version of cora coe showed up with armed specters, she's wearing a hunter armor so its not possible to see what she looked like in adult form.

she mistook me for another protagonist whom picked a different rout that led to her father death.

after telling her that her father never died in any of my play-throws, she gave me the artifacts & told me to get lost.

after collecting all the artifacts ready to start another NG+. i went back and killed her in order to figure out what happened to the rest of the main quest casts,
it seems they just quite.
i haven't explored much of this random reality, is it even possible to find them?.

anyone here can conform what other random event out there & how do you activate them?

After my Sam died and Cora kept blaming me for it (can't be in two places at once stupid child), I tried shooting her in the face but game won't let me
