So far no, but not like there is any romance option for companions that I have seen so far. In this game they are like the ones in FO4 they fight along side you and are there as loot mules. I mean sure you can talk to them but past Beth games didn't really go the "get horny with everyone route."

I think the only time they changed it was with Hearthfire where if you lay with your opposite sex love in the built house, there's a 33% chance that a child will spawn with 30 different possible names, and this can happen 3 times in Hearthfire.
