And the second "download" was unpacking, whereby the files are decrypted. They were encrypted and hidden so that people can't leak or spoil file contents before release. People I swear...

And I'm pretty sure it's downloading, not unpacking. Since it shows the internet speed it's using. Unless that's the disc speed. Then it should be much faster tho, since I'm running the game on an SSD.
So if its unpacking and its slow- thats a problem.
If its downlaoding. Well. *shrugs* nuthin much one can do about. However there where no "week full of patches". We are all waiting for the day one patch still.
They are not as necessary as they are for other titles though.
It really isn't the first, this has been the 'requirement,' for games for a while now. Until recently I still had a few games sitting on an old HDD, and I could see the load times suffering for it.
