must be your pc my dude my loading screens are only 1-2 seconds if that (3080ti, i7-11th gen and the latest samsung ssds and ddr5 ram) probably why im also the only one getting 50-70fps constant but i have downloaded a few mods already to change ♥♥♥♥ up. Im trying to get me bro whos got a 2080 to download the dlss mod to see if it helps him, it allowed me to actually run better on ultra 4k without a single crash the entire time

Its the amount not the duration of the screens.
there's loads if you fast travel everywhere, my advice it to take your time.

Also the load times are really quick and some might be removable in the future.

This is cause bethesda put ssd at minimum specs. Read requirements before buy.

What's even more ridiculous is that when you alt-tab out of the game, the loading stops. I don't think I've ever seen this with a game before.

Loading screens are like 2-3 seconds on an SSD.

The animations are the problem. (getting up from your ship, travelling to a new system, landing on a planet etc)

Sorry BGS hasn't figured out how to transition between a exterior to even just a small interior without cutting to black for a quick loading screen.

Maybe by ES6. Doubt it though.

They must think games like Witcher 3, RDR 2, BG3 etc are witchcraft lol.

Duration of the loading screens isnt the issue. Its pathetic in 2023 for a game to literally have a loading screen for everything. This game engine is so archaic.

Are you sure? I alt tabbed out during the unpacking part in the beginning and it continued. Although unpacking and loading are kinda different...

Simply not true. Exaggerate much?Your that guy at the party everyone knows will have a story that is not true.

I do wonder if one of the lower end xbox's were the cause of this. I don't understand why so many areas are split into their own area between loading screens. Its so weird. Like, is the engine really that ♥♥♥♥ or what? Even weirder, a bunch of the loading screens could be replaced with an ingame-first person/3rd person cut scene for immersion purposes and to give the illusion there is no loading screen, yet they do not.

Yeah, I'm sure it happens for me. Maybe it doesn't happen for everyone, but I imagine it does. Whenever you go to a load screen in the game next, just alt-tab out and see for yourself.

Ya I just started it up for the first time. Everything stops when I tab out. Even conversations. That is... incredibly lame. It has to be a bug
