Possibility of a port to PS5.

With the pre-release backlash coming out of this game over bugs and some content decisions, what are the chances that this game becomes as popular as Skyrim in space? And I know they said they would not be releasing any new games to Playstation, but is there a chance they renege on that? Even if I couldn't play this I was hoping it would be a good release, and it's not gonna be clear anyway for a couple of months after if it was a successful release or not. I'm going to hold out hope that the game will end up having less bugs through patches and will consider a PS5 port in the near future.

they are owned by microsoft, it would be money out of their pocket to add a middle man like that, even more so when that middle man is a direct competitor (where as nintendo is not because they only make games and not all the other stuff).

so probably zero?

That is unfortunate, I don't see how it is money out of their pocket as a lot of people with Playstations after a certain point would have bought it on PC if they could, so even if it helps their competitor a bit it helps them more. I was just hoping that things might take a turn away from exclusivity, it's dumb enough with some of the Sony exclusives they hold onto walking simulators sold as games. Is this at least a fun game ignoring the current flame war in the chats? It looks pretty decent, nothing crazy but also not bad.

As a PS5 user. No thanks. Plus at the moment, Xbox heavily needs more games.
And it's not like this is going to EVER happen, no matter how much you want it.

And while this was suppose to be their ace card, it didn't really work out exactly.
I was hoping, pre-release, they would actually get their "Killer" App for their system.

Microsoft has a ton of superb studios, but they have a really bad habbit of releasing mediocre games when they get acquired.

They Ruined Arkane with Redfall, a game they didn't want to develop or release. The same studio that made one of the best Immersive Sims, PREY 2017.

Bethesda and Zenimax as a whole have a bunch of great Companies such as id, Tango, Arkane, etc. And most of those developers release superbly good games. Not so much Bethesda themselves. Hi-Fi Rush was one of those games this year.

Suffice to say, this will never come to PS5. PS5 has a whole other ecosystem of Video Games.

I don't really care if they are on Xbox, since i have a PC and i can play all their games. Everything that comes to Xbox comes to PC too. Xbox is more for people who don't own and don't want to own a PC.
