More fluid fast-travel/grav jump animations would be nice

Let me start by saying I really have enjoyed my 40 or so hours so far.

However the one thing I cannot wait for modders to add is more fluid animations for when you travel or grav jump in your ship, as well as more landing animations.

The whole process feels janky and is constantly interrupted, if it were a continues experience or maybe just let you look around in first person while the jump animation played it would *feel* a lot better. . Something like Star Citizen comes to mind how you can retain camera control while the animations play out instead of yanking control away from the player into a predetermined cinematic.
