Can you decorate inside the starter ship?

Not really. There are several different ship parts, like NOVA living quarters, HopeTech Captain's quarters, etc. Those all look different on the inside, but that's about as much variety that exists in interiors. Other than dropping a Misc item on a desk and hoping it lands right side up.

Well, you can put everything possible what you can collect there. So I think it's already possible

I miss the whole "pick up and drop" mechanic of the other games.

My ship layout is completely different than when I started. (Everything's been replaced, but not all at once. Is it still the same ship?) ...but the interior still looks like the same design.

I know it's NASApunk which focuses on function, but I'd like to have variations, and anyways, my ship already doesn't look functional (but it is and very functional despite its unwieldy appearance).
