It's heavily CPU bound. The only current fix is if you have a Nvidia 4xxx card and use a frame gen mod.
If they ever add FSR3, that would fix it too.
That said, this is only the EA version of the game. They could fix the CPU bound issue a bit in a future patch.
Games are becoming so complex that many game engines lack the number of CPU render threads to process and pass off frames to the GPU. And just making more render threads is FAR more complex than it seems to the non programmer.
