The game is more CPU bound than GPU.

In a new video from Gamers Nexus they showcase some new testing they performed and it seems the game is far more dependent on your CPU to get a better frame rate than many thought. My CPU is not that old, but falls very low on the charts and helps me understand some of the hitches I experience during gameplay.
