Right now I can just jump infinitely. I think its supposed to deplete, and STAY depleted until manually refilled or flyby an outpost to go further.
Sounds useless. The only difference between 240 fuel vs 120 fuel is half the cutscenes/loading.
I like the idea that you'd actually have to find he3 sources in order to venture further than your fuel tank will go.
Ya know, like Star Citizen. lol.
But there is a video of Todd talking about how they made it so you can't run out of fuel because it wasn't fun. But I think that kind of thing is fun. Stressing over fuel would make it feel more real IMO. Just have it part of the difficulty settings so people can turn it off and on. It's a single player game so there's not a problem with being flexible with that sort of thing.
