No, game releases 12am UTC, so same for everyone. Im a New Zealander,so I will unlock 12pm (lunchtime) on 6th Sept. You will unlock exact same time as me except your local time will be different, ie you will unlock 10am Australian time or whatever time zone you in in Aussie
