The minimum requirements is a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti (and that means Starfield will just barely run on the lowest settings, not recommended unless you are desperate).
Time to get an upgrade, The 2080Ti is at an okay price if you dont want a high-end graphics card (game runs great on my 2080Ti, so I can strongly recommend it)
(On comparison, my old GTX980 that was released back in 2014 performs better than your 1060 in benchmark, but I'd honestly dont think Starfield would be able to run on neither a 980 or a 1060)
I have the same thing (except its a 3070 ti). Follow the Hardware unboxed youtube video on performance mode. I went to a stable 65-70 fps with excellent-looking graphics.
Previously I had 150 to 30 fps and crappy graphics. I hope we get some optimization and built-in DLSS.
Systems with GPUS which are at the minimum must wait for updates.
They won't get 30 fps with that rig even on low settings I don't think, I
