Main Quest Bug - Unity

Trying to progress the main quest, just talked to Keeper Aquilus and progressed to talk to the Va'Runn prisoner and the house of the enlightenment. When i go to The Well to talk to The House of Enlightenment, the quest marker isn't in the House of Enlightenment's building, its behind a locked door to the left of the UC Security build that requires a computer to unlock but there is no computer to be seen in the area. From what I have watched of playthroughs of this quest, the person I am suppose to talk to should be right in the building.
Is it bugged or am I screwed and have to restart?

I'm stuck in the Well on this quest, cant use the elevator to leave as the button doesn't exist anymore and cant fast travel even tho I'm not over burden. games broken for me I guess..

Im pretty sure what happened to you was in the mission before this one when your evacuating the lodge, the hunter guy that was chasing you most likely killed the guy you need to talk to in the house of enlightenment. try restarting the chase mission and making sure he isnt killed if you have a save before that mission that is, if not probably screwed..

im having this same problem however whenever i try to get into my ship to try and leave normally i get this game breaking bug where im standing diagonally and pass through walls but can only go so far(cant figure out how to post a screencap)

I used console commands to clip through the locked door (tcl to toggle no clip on and off). Found the NPC jammed behind a catwalk in the water in the locked room and continued the quest as normal. Did have to use the command again to get through the same door on the way out.
