Individual is busy

I am doing a companion mission for Andreja and she is stuck in the Akila bar. Every time I try to talk to her it just says individual is busy and doesn't change. I have done several other missions as well to see if she would follow me but she's just stuck.

Always close out and restart. This will fix a lot of little glitches. If it persists, well then we'll have to wait and see if it gets fixed. Definitely file a bug report if it doesn't clear. Do your due diligence.

This is happening in my play through with Sarah (stuck in busy), though I've closed and opened the game over the last two days. Sarah will partly follow me around, but not usefully, and tells she has something for me on intercom, but is too 'busy' to interact. Also, Sona is only responding 'go ahead and do what you have to do' rather than finishing her quest at the Lodge. This may have been to do with Barrett's funeral which occurred when Sarah and I brought her back from Cassiopeia. Related?
