Legacy End Bug

I am at the end of the Legacy end quest line but when talking to Delgado after returning to the eye he starts speaking but then just stops. Has anyone else experienced this bug and found a way around it?

When I get to the control room nothing triggers and Delgado is just standing on the other side of the glass with his gun drawn and nothing happens. Have not found a fix. But It's slightly comforting to know I'm not the only one having this booty problem.

Crouch and then jump up on the ledge to that big window. Get right under him and then hit E! you can then talk to him, trigger the next fight and move into the next room.

What worked for me was loading to a point before I offered to help Shinya Voss deactivate his bomb. I killed him instead, and I didn't run into the bug after that. I had tried all kinds of different options before - reloading saves, exiting the game, loading an old save and re-doing the entire mission. Nothing worked, same bug everytime. Only thing that worked for me was killing Shinya. Maybe it bugs when you have the quest pointer for the computer to deactivate the bomb in that same room as Delgado.

Tried killing shinya, still bugged and now I feel bad :/

Leave the system then come back. I flew to Akila, repaired my ship, came back and Delgado finished his spiel.

Having the same issue, Delgado just stands there looking out through the window. Did any of you use EM weapons to knock people out? What about trying to save Shinya, i'm trying to figure out what we have in common.

Reaching the operations center doesn't trigger, so the marker stays there and Delgado never starts talking.

Leave system, save and quit, reload, go back. I had an issue with that quest where I couldn't defend battery gamma because the UC wouldn't spawn in.

Same problem tried everything, are you all on ng+? Had a couple of quests bug out in the last few days 😵‍💫
